well a 3 integral si not so hard you just convert it into a successive integral and just do it its raw work. No thinking required.

There are some shortcuts in weird circumstances but try not to go for those. Just do it systematically you get the right answers that way. Stop thinking

yes but your not supposed to guess just look up the formulas form your math textbook and see what the integral of cos is and what the integral of sin is then expand and dutifully fill in the start and end values and do the sum.
