in todays courts around here it that could mean researching the 17,000 laws that effect the case, and having a tiny idea about what your going to do pertains to actual laws and the original intents of them. instead rubber stamp is sooo much easier.

in a US courtroom which is designed to uphold the constitution , you literally lose the rights to free speech, quite completely. been there done that in small claims courts.

In criminal you lose the rights to a "speedy trial"
you lose the 2nd ammendment rights, as you have to be scanned and cant even have a bloody swiss army knife.

those are not just regualr dumb laws, this just displays the total insanity. and some of the Ca laws i see there, apply to many cities. you bring your own (cloth) bags to the grocery store here or you have to pay for paper ones. We all look a bit like homeless people, going to the store, but you cant sleep in a vehicle across most of the cities, soo you cant really even be homeless.
