I was always very happy with Firefox and never felt the need to change to Chrome. But Adobe has stopped supporting Flash on Linux and Google has taken over this task. The accepted answer at least got some stuff right. Google are indeed going to stop allowing Flash to autoplay by default and instead provide a prompt to enable the content if you wish.

@MichaelFrank Which isn't really completely relevant to the comparative security discussion... Firefox has had click-to-play for years by now.

Speaking of which, I've noticed an alarmingly large number of assorted news sites with some random Flash widget.

Can I use one media converter to give internet access to 3 houses near my. My ISP saying he will be needing 2 media converts at each home with 8 port switch at each home. is it necessary? I mean can't we connect like

Fiber optic cable -> Media Converter -> 8 port switch -> (via LAN Cable) WiFi Routers ?

also, ISP is likely full of it. You basically need a single ONT at the fibre optic endpoint. Ethernet to another house or even an apartment will be tricky though.

phone company came by again to sell "fiber" which is actually copper supported by fiber somewhere. I asked "where was the fiber ?" again , he said it was there. I said "they haven't torn up the street for it yet" he said they dont have to , they just pull it through :-) and what is left of the tiny pieces of glass after pulling it 2 blocks through 6 corners and 4 T junctions down the 1.5" pipe will probably work perfect. :-)

useless fact for the day: the term "hyperlink" existed before home computers did, let alone the "internet" . "The term "hyperlink" was coined in 1965 (or possibly 1964) by Ted Nelson at the start of Project Xanadu. Nelson had been inspired by "As We May Think", a popular 1945 essay by Vannevar Bush. In the essay, Bush described a microfilm-based machine (the Memex) in which one could link any two pages of information into a "trail" of related information.

at the bottom of the Su pages is a button called "data" which has a bunch of scripts that can be applied data.stackexchange.com/superuser/queries you can even make your own. other than that i dont know of the specific ones that would do that, or even if it is possible.
