@Caleb I got it last December for receiving a 300 rep bounty. I don't think bounties should be counted in getting that badge, and I actually thought they weren't until that time.
Shouldn't it be awarded multiple times too? Kind of weird its not.

@Caleb I've gotten an illegit mortarboard badge once. Too many of my questions/answers upvoted within too short of a time by the same person. I think I must have already been halfway there already.
