@Mithrandir I wouldn't have any problems with your nomination, and I wish you good luck if you go for it. I hear it's an interesting experience. But it's actually quite different than the moderation/flagging we do here.
@Mithrandir I haven't seen much of your moderation other than flagging in here, but based on your actions here I think you would do well as a mod. I personally don't think that your age should have anything to do with it, expecially since there are many awesome mods out there under the age of 18 (Undo and Doorknob in particular)

except SO is a private website you have no need to be in and the US is a (supposedly) democratic country that loads of people live in wether they want to or not
