This is basically a non-sensical meme that appeared on that sub recently

There was a post asking to identify a thing in a metro car, and the top comment gave the correct answer but ended with "looks like an édriseur"

Since édriseur doesn't even exist people started spamming non-sensical words, and since people like you are confused they keep doing it!
