After reboot I open chrome. I get about 30 seconds where it acts normal. Then suddenly tabs freeze. I can create new ones but they won't do anything. This lasts about 60 or more seconds

Reboot is all good. Chrome still buggy

Issue still there. Two reboots. Killed CrashPlan service when I saw it pop up but problem persisted

@Flyk I was just explaining how to me a nerd is just someone who is very passionate about a specific topic. You have photography nerds, web development nerds, board game nerds. What it really boils down to for me is those people are passionate about that certain topic and therefore become very knowledgeable about it.
