It's a really nice, cheap and quick way to get extra materials.

@DanmakuGrazer Meownster hunter is a great way to get materials, even rare monster parts. The thing you need to pay attention to, is the 'color' of the monster/materials available at that hunt. If the monster is red, you get more materials if the color of the paliko matches this.

Either SA upgrades require common parts, or my desire sensor is booked, because so far, I had no problems upgrading my gear

Though the first level weapons tend to be pretty weak.

If you keep upgrading/buying from the smithy, you should definitely have a full arsenal before you reach 6*

@Frank IIRK, at the end of 4* village, you should have enough materials to make some decent elemental weapons

Village quests are done, now on to Guild

Aerial SA pretty much destroyed them.

I've pretty much cleared all village quests, no seltas

@MadMAxJr Selteas and Seltas Queen are in the app, but I havent encountered them during village quests, so I guess they are online only.

I tried ranged for the first time in MHG. The bow is really fun, but it definitley lacks the punch of SA

Or old anti-tank rifles

Yeah, but prowler missions are quite quick to complete

Prowlers are actually pretty fun. They have insane combos, don't use stamina and are damn fast

But their agility is above your normal hunter

Actually, with the right armour, they are pretty durable

@MadMAxJr Some attacks can knock you down, but the monsters don't really have aerial counters.

Timing it right, you can even jump off of an enemy attack without taking damage.

@MadMAxJr Well, now everyone can jump. All you need is to hit a monster or player during your jump.

@twobugs Yeah, though you can register a preset for a specific weapon which also saves the current style and art

Good thing is that you can easily switch your style.

Yeah, though I think that adept style is better for the gunners, because you don't have to go into close combat with the monsters and use critical distance much more effectively
