I'd personally want the other person to tell me if my random cursing is bothering them though.

I also agree with Monica. As a Korean male, I can vouch that conscription law in Korea is extremely complicated and bringing the specifics of the law here would simply be irrelevant. I'm sure the OP knew this and wasn't seeking any legal advice at all. If we could just ignore the legal aspect of this question, I think this question is definitely answerable.
