okay i understand, all the while I thought that a ^ 2 + b ^ 2 + c ^ 2 = ab + bc + ca instead a + b + c = ab + bc + ca. thanks

Q: prove that $\sum_{cyc}\frac{a^2}{b} +\frac{3n}{a^2+b^2+c^2}\ge 3+n$

Albus Dumbledoreprove that $$\sum_{cyc}\frac{a^2}{b} +\frac{3n}{a^2+b^2+c^2}\ge 3+n$$ where $a,b,c>0$ and $n\ge0,n\le 3$,$a+b+c=ab+bc+ca$ My try: by given condition $a+b+c=ab+bc+ca$ we have $a+b+c\le a^2+b^2+c^2$ also using titu's lemma $$\sum_{cyc}\frac{a^2}{b} +\frac{3n}{a^2+b^2+c^2}\ge a+b+c +\frac{3n}{a^2+b^...

@hansika why to parameterize it in k if the inequality already gives us a condition that is true for k = 1?

math.stackexchange.com/… can anyone explain me why it put (ab+bc+ca)=k(a^2+b^2+c^2) if a^2+b^2+c^2=ab+bc+ca?

I read sum prof but I dont understend them. In one i readed that it is necessary prove the existe a,b,m such 1/a+1/b=1/m but why :(
Feb 20, 2022 20:41
How can i prove that for n>2 we can find n distict positive integer such that the sum of reciprocal is 1?
Aug 20, 2021 12:37
lim of that logarithm came to me 0 :(
Aug 20, 2021 12:13
how can i proceed? I calculated the limit of an and it tends to 0, so they converge. i don't know how to calculate for which x to converge

((x^2n)/sqrt(n))log(17x²/sqrt(n))

how can i proceed?

For how many value of a the equation x ^ 3 + (a-4) x ^ 2 + (a + 4) + 9 = 0 exactly two integer solutions

$$x^{15}+1=x(x^5+1)(x^{10}-x^5+1)$$
Jan 5, 2021 22:42
$x^{15}+1=x(x^5+1)(x^{10}-x^5+1)$
Jan 5, 2021 22:36
hi guys, why x^15+1=x(x^5+1)(x^10-x^5+1)
Jan 5, 2021 22:36
hi guys, why $x^15+1=x(x^5+1)(x^10-x^5+1)$ ?

i want send you an image but i dont know how do
Dec 20, 2020 13:18
@Charlie yes
Dec 20, 2020 13:17
-d2
Dec 20, 2020 13:16
so i must trafer the vector d2
Dec 20, 2020 13:16
now i must applicate the triangle method
Dec 20, 2020 13:16
no maybe
Dec 20, 2020 13:15
and d1-d2 have a_x positive and a_y positive
Dec 20, 2020 13:14
yes thanks
Dec 20, 2020 13:10
right?
Dec 20, 2020 13:09
because sin(180-alpha)=sin alpha
Dec 20, 2020 13:09
and y positive
Dec 20, 2020 13:09
so a_x=-cos(alpha)*a=- a_x
Dec 20, 2020 13:08
because a is positive and cos(180-alpha)=-cos
Dec 20, 2020 13:08
so in this case d1+d2 have x negative and y positive
Dec 20, 2020 13:08
ah ok
Dec 20, 2020 13:06
it was a generic question, if not the same origin and do not follow how do you?
Dec 20, 2020 13:04
maybe I understand, if the vectors follow each other, the tail point method is applied, otherwise you try to translate to apply the parallelogram rule?
Dec 20, 2020 13:03
this is an image
Dec 20, 2020 13:03
yes, physics
Dec 20, 2020 13:03
Dec 20, 2020 13:01
@Charlie excersice that i finded in halliday's book
Dec 20, 2020 12:55
But to add two vectors with the origin that do not coincide, can I translate them into the queue of one or the other and then apply the point-tail method?
Dec 20, 2020 12:54
hi
