Python help, yo
Mar 5, 2021 19:26
@ThoriumBR ok
Mar 4, 2021 22:43
Brazil just being Brazil
Mar 4, 2021 15:39
@MechMK1 Now that I'm a bit reassured about the DB, should I jump to my next question on your opinion on the security-os thing?
Mar 4, 2021 15:38
wanna show you something
Mar 4, 2021 15:38
bro come in this alley real quick?
Mar 4, 2021 15:38
at 18 all your record are erased?
Mar 4, 2021 15:37
@ThoriumBR Wow, I have a strange feeling you come from a GTA server
Mar 4, 2021 15:37
Google Drive etc
Mar 4, 2021 15:36
OneDrive
Mar 4, 2021 15:36
@MechMK1 My point exactly. My issue spawns from me keeping my DB into well known affiliates of NSA/Prism/etc...
Mar 4, 2021 15:16
No but who cares
Mar 4, 2021 15:16
We're straying away from the real question. Is there any publicly known exploits that could threaten a kbpx file
Mar 4, 2021 15:15
Which is why I'm specifying attributes
Mar 4, 2021 15:15
Being able to decrypt
Mar 4, 2021 15:15
From a threat actor, probably with federal juristiction and possibly with no knock warrant
Mar 4, 2021 15:14
In a realistic setting, paranoia mostly aside.
The real threat would be
Mar 4, 2021 15:11
Oh. Yes. My passwords taxidermies and categorization were made based on threat models
Mar 4, 2021 15:09
I've seen it a couple of times.
Mar 4, 2021 15:09
@MechMK1 If by that you mean: overflows/bruteforces/xss/...
Mar 4, 2021 15:09
It was a loose example
Mar 4, 2021 15:09
I know.
Mar 4, 2021 15:08
and some other stuff that I don't have the time to remember
Mar 4, 2021 15:08
as encrypted waves
Mar 4, 2021 15:08
WPA literally goes in the air
Mar 4, 2021 15:08
@MechMK1 I know it's half a joke.
Mar 4, 2021 15:08
and it's the default passmgr for a couple very reputable SEC-OS
Mar 4, 2021 15:07
I've never heard of any issues with it.
Mar 4, 2021 15:07
I assume not.
Mar 4, 2021 15:07
Is it as safe as a WPA/TKIP or something
Mar 4, 2021 15:06
x
Mar 4, 2021 15:06
bpksd
Mar 4, 2021 15:06
kpbxs
Mar 4, 2021 15:06
kpbsxs
Mar 4, 2021 15:06
Yes
Mar 4, 2021 15:06
KBPX
Mar 4, 2021 15:05
Ok but:
1. How safe is that file, from what is publicly known
2. Here's a question.

On the Tails website, it's highly clear that they do not support virtualizing on Windows.
On the Whonix website, VMing a Whonix setup is actually documented.

What's the deal with that?
Mar 4, 2021 15:05
Idk its all games anyways. A password file = a master password
+ ran from windows multiple times over multiple years = meh
Mar 4, 2021 15:03
lez gooooo
Mar 4, 2021 15:03
my password takes 10 seconds to type
Mar 4, 2021 15:03
I dont mind
Mar 4, 2021 15:03
I mean... even if it takes 10 seconds
Mar 4, 2021 15:03
Shouldnt I put it at 100?
Mar 4, 2021 15:03
higher = better
Mar 4, 2021 15:03
that makes more sense
Mar 4, 2021 15:03
Oh. I thought that time was the possible vuln time for an attacker with direct access to PC could intercept or something
Mar 4, 2021 15:02
?
Mar 4, 2021 15:02
So this is solely for the speed/time for the encryption key to be in-use
