@Bilkokuya These comments will probably get removed but yes, I am satisfied with her work output, that's why I overlooked the fact that she's been stealing from me for almost 2 years. She goes above and beyond to complete her assigned tasks and fix the mess we leave behind. And just to let you know, she's paid more than the normal rate for housekeepers in my city (which is one of most expensive cities in the world) but that's not a problem since we're happy with the work.

The problem is that I didn't notice the issue or care to notice it till this December since firstly I didn't have the cameras and secondly, as said above, the house was empty for 3 weeks and she had specific tasks. Which were completed but in smaller time frame than the one reported.

@IgorG Yes, she picks up recycling and taking it to recycling bins down the road (10 minutes work) but the differences here are 7 hours vs 1:30. Maybe the 1 hour difference in the 2nd example can be ignored but 5,5 hours difference is too much. She also buys her own cleaning supplies for the house but she picks those up on her to the house (again maybe she can add 10-30 minutes on top of the hours she's in the house but not 5,5 hours.

@sofia838 I get that but that's the beauty of just saying something while he's doing it. It's important not to give him a chance to reply. You also mentioned it's the 4 of you in the room, you, Jeremy, Caleb and 1 more. You already said that Caleb is aware. Simply make the 4th person aware of the photos. That way when you tell Jeremy, you won't draw unwanted attention to yourself. In the end of the day, if you lack the confidence, gather witnesses in private as the other answers suggest and contact HR/manager.

Is Joe still temporary? What's the duration of his contract? That would affect one of the answers below. Honestly, charging 4 euros per day for a 45k ride is more than generous. This seems to be about money, but avoid making it about money when you talk to him.

Regarding her doubts against me, they seem to stem from the fact that medical professionals cannot have personal faults. The fact that a psychiatrist cannot be a snob is a joke to me.

Regarding the whole abortion thing. It seems we have different opinions on the matter. In Switzerland there's no law prohibiting psychiatrists to advice a patient to get an abortion. I cannot (or really care to) confirm that it's different in the US. And it was never stated that I am her therapist or my profession in that thread, it was a post from a random stranger on a QA board

Being a snob and being a good psychiatrist are two different things. I cannot the reasoning behind that being a hindrance.

Your replies to me so far have been quite aggressive. I joined a couple of SEs with this account while I have some free time during on sabbatical and wanted to see if I can help. The fact that I mentioned my profession was possibly a mistake since I rather enjoy adding questions from my person life and see what people of different backgrounds think about them. It's not necessary that I need help resolving them but it's quite interesting to me to explore people's thinking.
