What you think about JS f=n=>[1,7,31,105,300,754,1712,3576,6975,12871][n] (49 bytes)?

agree
Aug 7, 2017 14:57
I divide solutions to hacks and cracks. call in proto is hack, expected solution is crack. Another example
Aug 7, 2017 14:55
@Volie Good idea to const functions. Anyway there is backdoor, but i suggest to don't care about it, because it doesn't fixable. It named Function.prototype.call
Aug 7, 2017 12:03
it is
Aug 7, 2017 12:03
yes, is it
Aug 7, 2017 10:28
ok
Aug 7, 2017 10:28
Is Object.freeze(String.prototype) equivalent to Object.freeze("".__proto__) ?
Aug 7, 2017 10:26
it*
Aug 7, 2017 10:25
@Voile Now it uses __proto__ to freeze object. Is it OK? Seems, that i can cause backdoors
Aug 7, 2017 09:51
@Voile f=a=>(x,y,z) is function, that returns z and do x and y. If no while/for, it can be replaced
Aug 7, 2017 09:49
Seems that not. I'm sorry about bad suggestions. Only one usable suggest is function edit pastebin.com/NyKxFwBw
Aug 7, 2017 09:07
@Volie [].__proto__ != String.prototype
Aug 7, 2017 09:06
function can be transformed pastebin.com/NyKxFwBw
Aug 7, 2017 09:06
And maybe c(String.prototype),c(Array.prototype) to c([].__proto__),c("".__proto__)
Aug 7, 2017 09:06
You can replace Object.freeze to {}.freeze

Thank you for this service
Jul 7, 2017 04:21
Ok, thank you for explanation.

@Dennis if some hard computations needed, browser is bad idea. But most of tio programs in PPCG is light, and there is many of this programs in PPCG. If you move computations to browser, you decrease cost of server. If in some day donations decrease, it may take no effect on working
Jul 7, 2017 03:51
Also we can implement offline version in addition, to code in browser without internet and use localstorage to save files.
Jul 7, 2017 03:50
@Dennis You don't need to download all 16GB to browser, only needed compiler/interpreter, what you need. You can use static server to host it. It is cheaper
Jul 7, 2017 03:48
@Phoenix Interactive input can be implemented. emscripten can communicate with js code. agar.io is compiled using LLVM and runs by emscripten. I think two way communication is possible
Jul 6, 2017 16:56
Now tio.run use external server, that runs code. How about running it in browser? js-linux( vfsync.org/vm.html ) is in browser x86 emulator, that can be used to run linux binary files. Also we can compile compiles to LLVM code and run it in emscripten

Jul 28, 2017 16:17
suggest to add tag kolmogorov-complexity

Jul 6, 2017 04:43
Marked axis can be useful
Jul 6, 2017 04:43
My mistake, you don't want to change rules
Jul 6, 2017 04:41
Because changing rules is not good
Jul 6, 2017 04:41
Perhaps you need to specify, that it is math way, not programmist. Drawing in matlab/mathematica can be useful
Jul 6, 2017 04:39
For me pictures in the post is consusing, because i imagine screen, not math plane
Jul 6, 2017 04:37
Thank you :)
Jul 6, 2017 04:36
Understood!
Jul 6, 2017 04:35
In way you think you imagine pixel screen or what?
Jul 6, 2017 04:33
Ok, and what size [(0 0) (2 2)] have?
Jul 6, 2017 04:32
Another words, seems that [(0 0) (2 2)] is 2x2 rectangle, but not 3x3
Jul 6, 2017 04:32
Seems, that only one edge is included. Rectangle formula is (x1 <= x < x2) && (y1 <= y < y2) ?
Jul 6, 2017 04:32
Is edge thick? When rectangle defined is edge included?

Jul 3, 2017 17:47
it is clear
Jul 3, 2017 17:02
good
Jul 3, 2017 17:02
@EinkornEnchanter Engish is my second language and i have difficulty with compex constructions. Can you clarify second sentence?
Jul 3, 2017 17:00
And second sentence in first part can be edited. If you can't read sentence aloud on one breath it is bad. My brain cracks when i read it. To understand it i read it many times.
Jul 3, 2017 16:57
i think task part has no need to edit.
Jul 3, 2017 16:52
i used "return" word, that distorts the meaning. "output" is good word
Jul 3, 2017 16:51
thanks
Jul 3, 2017 16:51
yes
Jul 3, 2017 16:49
examples
Jul 3, 2017 16:49
oh no
