Jul 14, 2022 21:24
yup, there are no responses
Jul 14, 2022 21:23
I'm not sure if it's a bug..
Jul 14, 2022 21:22
I have tried pretty much everything, it just doesn't work.

Hello! Does anyone here used Vscode? I am trying to get this extension called 'live server' to work but it doesn't work as expected ( it doesn't auto reload the page and i have to manually do it myself). If this isn't the right place to ask it, can you suggest me the appropriate room to do so? Thanks!

yeah thanks though (:
Jul 28, 2021 06:47
that's fine but when i go look for examples i just can't figure out how that statement is true.
Jul 28, 2021 06:46
in general they say for d block elements the last two shells are incompletely filled whereas for the f block elements it's the last 3 shells
Jul 28, 2021 06:45
yeah :/
Jul 28, 2021 06:42
4f is definitely not filled
Jul 28, 2021 06:41
but then why did they say in Cadmium's case that penultimate is completely filled ?
Jul 28, 2021 06:41
Jul 28, 2021 06:40
they said this for nickel which is understood now
Jul 28, 2021 06:40
Jul 28, 2021 06:38
but hang on
Jul 28, 2021 06:38
alright I see that
Jul 28, 2021 06:38
okay
Jul 28, 2021 06:37
leaving copper and chromium
Jul 28, 2021 06:37
if we see the 3d elements , I see the 3d orbital is incompletely filled but isn't the 4s orbital always filled as 4s2
Jul 28, 2021 06:36
this is the statement and I don't understand why it is so
Jul 28, 2021 06:36
why is it said that the ultimate and the penultimate shells are incompletely filled in d block elements ?
Jul 28, 2021 06:36
alright (:
Jul 28, 2021 06:25
Ah sorry didn't see. Sure and thanks.
Jul 28, 2021 06:24
there's a question on it too but I don't get the explanation there either.
Jul 28, 2021 06:23
why is it said that the ultimate and the penultimate shells are incompletely filled in d block elements ?
Jul 28, 2021 06:23
Small doubt

Jan 12, 2021 08:13
@JourneymanGeek Question.
Jan 12, 2021 08:10
@JourneymanGeek This didn't receive much attention after the day it was posted. Do you think it's bounty worthy ? superuser.com/questions/1615951/…

Q: Forcing a resolution higher than my monitor supports

TanujI have a 1366x768 max resolution monitor (win 10 laptop) . I want to be able to get a higher resolution ( or fool my computer into thinking that I have a higher res monitor ) . I did a fair bit of googling and found that one can do it in , AMD or Nvidea chips (something called DSR) but the issue ...
