They're already suspended on multiple individual sites, it seems like it would save effort to just suspend them everywhere for awhile to cool down

I think that that particular user has been trolling network-wide for awhile. Is it worth trying to get a network-wide suspension for them?

They had a previous post on one of the same questions previously deleted for the same thing. They have a history of excessively promoting the library.

Yeah, I may have misread that part. It does seem rather excessive, though - all of their posts are promoting that.

@JeffSchaller The poster disclosed affiliation on only one of the two posts and they posted the exact same content after having had a previous answer deleted.
