How to use scp when one of the username is of the form of an email address like [email protected] ?
Jan 24, 2012 22:58
@StefanoPalazzo I am in the process of getting the otf file.
Jan 24, 2012 22:56
@StefanoPalazzo my guess is that this seems like a possible issue of missing certain rules in the font which makes it work on linux .
Jan 24, 2012 21:55
here is the ie9 rendering
Jan 24, 2012 21:55
Jan 24, 2012 21:55
@StefanoPalazzo The pixelation is not the issue.. the inability to connect the conjuncts is the problem.
Jan 24, 2012 21:52
firefox and then googlechrome.. let me tell you even ie maintains the integrity in rendering

Jan 24, 2012 21:38
give me a minute
Jan 24, 2012 21:38
it's more of an issue of this webfont rendering fine on other os and not fine on linux
Jan 24, 2012 21:37
@StefanoPalazzo I don't think it is an issue with rendering itself. I have devanagari fonts rendered fine
Jan 24, 2012 21:30
@rlemon do you know to read devanagari ?
Jan 24, 2012 21:29
@StefanoPalazzo lohit-hindi is the devanagari font.
Jan 24, 2012 21:25
I notice the first screenshot has the conjuncts done well
Jan 24, 2012 21:25
the first of the two is surely better
Jan 24, 2012 21:25
There is lohit which is a good font..
Jan 24, 2012 21:24
@StefanoPalazzo Those two font's don't look too good
Jan 24, 2012 21:14
woff is supposed to be browser specific removing the rendering issues with oses.
Jan 24, 2012 21:13
oops I mean other oses
Jan 24, 2012 21:13
@StefanoPalazzo hmm.. strange that the rendering of the font is fine on other browsers.
Jan 24, 2012 21:08
@StefanoPalazzo it is not fine the woff fonts gets loaded. The rendering on windows7 and macosx is much better
Jan 24, 2012 21:04
thanks again for doing this
Jan 24, 2012 21:03
I am finding that it does not render correctly on my oneiric. but renders fine on windows7, and macosx browsers
Jan 24, 2012 21:01
This is a site using unicode woff font for devanagari(indian script) codepoints.
Jan 24, 2012 21:01

@Asko thought it advises one to explaina downvote. I think it should force the downvoter to say somthing about his downvote
Jan 10, 2012 17:41
@Asko well.. stackexachange gives the ability to downvote and some just randomly downvote.
Jan 10, 2012 17:37
Well I intended to answer your query about downvote. I don't think the downvote was well deserved
Jan 10, 2012 17:35
@Asko asko but I liked the answer. but it was too brief. I like answers with example code.
