I am not looking for an input this time. I just made an edit to reflect what exactly I meant by being too dark in this case.
Feb 10 21:15
Slightly Modified: Your audio (Let's say vocals) sounds too dark, because of having too much low end frequencies, but you want it to sound brighter. Instead of boosting the higher frequencies you can try cutting out the low frequenies that was masking the higher frequencies.

Actually now that I think about it death metal looks more spooky.

I mean this looks death metal to me:

@RoryAlsop In A Growly Death Metal Scream Voice: RRROOOAAARRR! Do you know how to do death metal vocals? Just asking.
Feb 10 15:20
I was about to say dark and bright is subjective. (For me too much bass and low mids.)

Also I am hearing because of masking frequencies can cover up other frequencies.
Feb 10 15:11
@RoryAlsop Cut more than you boost.
Feb 10 14:54
That was the subtractive EQ part. I forgot about the additive EQ part which is to boost the good frequencies and also the ones that will give the audio the sound you want. Now that is it every EQ lesson in a nutshell.
Feb 9 01:23
That is the summary of every single EQ lesson I ever saw in a nutshell.
Feb 9 01:18
Apply a high pass filter to remove any unnecessary low frequencies and a low pass to remove any unnecessary high frequencies.

Use sweep EQ with a narrow bandwidth to find any weird and out of place frequencies that stands out too much. (Be careful not to apply a very high boost to the narrow bandwidth which would make anything sound bad.) and then remove them with notch filters. Don't over do it.

Listen to to see (hear???) if there is any problems like the audio being too dark, muddy, boxy, bright whatever and EQ to correct those frequencies accordingly.
Feb 9 01:17
Has anyone ever notice every EQ lesson goes like this or is it just me:

@HenryWHHackv3.0 😂 You've just given up already. My daughter said to me that she probably has a Chinese spy watching her on TikTok. I said sorry babe, you're not important enough for anybody to spy on you. Maybe one day, though... 🙂👍

You know I litteral walk around assuming my device is already hacked anyway. It's kinda like a natural assumption to think my device is secretly hacked and someone is secretly spying on me. So forest hacking me makes no difference...
Jan 14 11:05
Funny Story (Not audio related): So you know there is this guy called forest who I am secretly a huge fan of, no really I literally think that guy is Batman! I copied the email address "[email protected]" from the user's profile, but when I pasted it it turned into something different. What I pasted was different from what I copied. Which lead me to believe that forest hacked me. LOL!

So the DJ drop is kind of like the DJ's audio watermark.
Dec 25, 2024 21:16
I heard that you can use strategies to make the DJ drops hard to remove or implement them in such a way that even if someone did remove them the mix will get damaged which may make it unusable. Kind of like a self destruct.
Dec 25, 2024 21:07
Apparently people steal DJ mixes and pass it out as there own... Those are like two reasons I heard about for why DJs play a bunch of DJ drops in their mixes. I understand the first part about promotional purposes, but I am questioning the second part. How much protection does this offer from someone stealing a DJ's mix? Can't someone who is a like a pro audio expert strip it out of the mix? (Then again why would a pro audio expert be going around stealing people's mixes???)
Dec 25, 2024 21:06
I heard the common reasons for using DJ drops is for promotional purposes and as a type of safety tool to prevent people from stealing your own mixes.

I will try using audio processing and placement tricks to make the radio louder if it is not loud enough. Basically use stuff like equalization and compression. (Yes I know compression does not really make stuff louder, it's really the make up gain that is applied after the compression that makes it louder.) / (Yes I know you cannot magically push a speaker pass it's limits.)

Q: Digital Signature uses private key for encryption, and public key for decryption?

Andy XuPublic key is for encryption, and private key is for decryption in PKIs. And digital signature employs the PKIs. How to use a private key for encryption, and using public key for decryption which violate asymmetric cryptography? from geeksforgeeks https://www.geeksforgeeks.org/digital-signatures-...

Teacher's response was, I don't believe in them things.

I remember a time when someone's child was acting strange outside of lessons (Some places that gives your children extra lessons after school). The mother told the teacher that the child had autism.

Erwin Rudolf Josef Alexander Schrödinger (UK: , US: ; German: [ˈɛɐ̯vɪn ˈʃʁøːdɪŋɐ]; 12 August 1887 – 4 January 1961), sometimes written as Schroedinger or Schrodinger, was a Nobel Prize–winning Austrian and naturalized Irish physicist who developed fundamental results in quantum theory. In particular, he is recognized for postulating the Schrödinger equation, an equation that provides a way to calculate the wave function of a system and how it changes dynamically in time. Schrödinger coined the term "quantum entanglement", and was the earliest to discuss it, doing so in 1932. He also anticipated...
