Allow me to vent that I don't understand why people are upvoting the top answer to physics.stackexchange.com/questions/310472/… even though I addressed/refuted its argumentation in several ways already...

@rob Sorry about being so argumentative in physics.stackexchange.com/q/310472/93165 , but that back and forth was actually quite helpful, as it helps me double-check my thought processes on this admittedly bizarre idea.

Anyone feel like examining my question physics.stackexchange.com/q/310472/93165 -- I'm not saying my conjectures are rock solid, but I was hoping the idea would be given a little more careful thought than it has gotten so far...

If I managed to stably levitate a stationary rigid object using only a bunch of simple room temperature ferromagnets, would it be news? I mean, nobody seems to have done that yet, right?

Opportunistic self-centered meta-question: Is there anyway I can improve the visibility of a question I asked, without spamming or other poor behavior? I feel it's probably going to remain largely unnoticed under the deluge of new questions posted since.
