@Parto if it's just a tag, and there are other problems in the post as well, it should probably be rejected. Version tags are also a tricky subject, since the version isn't always relevant.

@Zanna someone can always make a better edit suggestion if the first one was rejected.

it's the system of defining a layout hierarchy with XML and being able to easily interact with the elements

@JaredSmith thanks. I didn't see anything about perjury in the answer. But still, it's a provisional ballot, right? If it's invalid, then it won't be counted, so I'm not sure how a candidate could win with them.

I'm a little confused about the first example. If the person used a provisional ballot to attempt to vote, why is that voter fraud? Shouldn't the ballot just be thrown out and the person notified within 10 days, like the text you quoted says?

Not that this necessarily means it's fake, but there are a few grammatical mistakes in what you've quoted, and a whole lot of buzzwords. Also, I don't know very much about frequency wavelengths, but if it's actually related to 1.7m, then the wiring from the power plant to your house, as well as the wiring in your house to the outlet you're using, would all need to be a multiple of 1.7m in length.

When I saw this, it made me think about that form of color printing done in comics, where shapes are filled with a pattern of colored dots instead of solid ink. It's much finer detail than this, and it's dots instead of lines, but it seems to be a similar principle.
