Words have consequences, while I agree no physical harm should normally occur in the work place, daring him to hit you is a bit of a pansy move. You know he cant, and when he does you are going to report him.

I am 26 but have never put my age on mine. Take it off, if you still arent getting any calls then you know the age isnt the problem. I think part of the problem may be that he is fighting for positions with many other candidates. I know that what made me get a job over all my other friends is that I had a large portfolio of projects I had made on the side. These were brought up in the interviews.

I used to go into details about every bug I fixed, the scrum master simply said "So you are fixing up the bug list you have, ok" at the end of my talk. I realized then that that was all I needed to say. Sometimes summarizing it for them after can make them realize what key points were needed.

I do not enjoy it, but I feel it is because I do not enjoy things I am bad at. I do not want this to be my career choice. But I do not hate it.

I really dont understand what the problem is here at all? Report it... If anything it will look good on you for finding such a big problem. Approach it carefully though, if you are just a intern and claiming these people dont know much, there is a good chance you are very wrong.
