@PascalGoldbach Some of the many meanings of "se prendre la tête" might be translated: "rack one's brain", "scratch one's brain", "get upset", "get worked up", "get carried away", or "deal with"
For your example I'd probably say "I got so worked up over nothing!"
But without more context I don't know, another translation could be more suitable
