It doesn't matter what page I load, every one takes 20+ seconds right after a build. After that it's 1-3 seconds at most for a request

I don't even want to debug, as it doesn't seem to be able to finish the request or throws a random error about not being able to debug some thrown exception

But the web request that follows a build takes 20-30 seconds

Building itself doesn't take long, a few seconds

Does it compile after building? I thought compiling was part of building

I'm not the only one working on the project and it has plenty of code that's in this company's 'standard project', could just as well be some of that code that has to rebuild some kind of index or something
