I think I should reopen my outlook account to have the username I want and delete my gmail account which has a weird username, lol.

Once you delete a gmail account, you can never get back the same username. However, with outlook, you can get it back after a few days if you try to reactivate it.

Why do they use up all the usernames I can think of and like?

There is a very irritating speech trend here. People here watch American dramas and then adopt a pseudo-American accent which is semi-rhotic. It sounds extremely stupid.

If I am not a native speaker of English, then I am not a native speaker of any language, because I learned and used English from a young age, and it is my best language. The other language I know is Chinese, and I am Chinese by race.

@Dan I am from Singapore, and I consider myself a native speaker, though others may not think so. So I must clarify with them about the definition of native speaker, lol.

@Dan GRE is for those applying to grad school in most US universities, TOEFL is for people whose native language is not considered as English. You can do a quick google to find out more as well.

I will need to take the GRE and possibly TOEFL as well, will clarify this part later.

I just hope I get well by the end of next year. I also hope that my profs whom I maintain some contact with will write me recommendation letters for grad school...
