I honestly like small comment pieces inside the method instead of above it. The name of the method should be descriptive enough to communicate the overall idea and expectations of the method. But if they are interested in the implementation detail, then yes those comments can be really useful to take user step by step through the code.

The logic is simple, go online, find some indian or chinesee people and pay less rate, earn more rate :) Well they are hard-workers right?

Programming is good but make people program instead of you is way better. Why would spend more time while others are standing for your job and making money for you. Uggh we are all gonna be dead eventually. This world is nothing but a play ground...
