I just had the best idea! I'm going to print out this monster weakness list so I don't have to get up every time I forget.

I am a genius.

You should make a check list for items to bring on a quest as well.

That way you don't keep forgetting to bring potions :P

I need to remember to do free hunts so I can get resources so I can keep making potions.

The damage formula changes a bit from game to game, and the damage formula for Monster Hunter 3U doesn't appear to be available in any English resources yet. However, the formula remains mostly the same from game to game, so I should at least be able to give you the general structure of the formu...

I finally got an Uragaan Ruby after hunting I-don't-know-how-many Uragaan(s). To finish up my set, I need two more Carapaces. What do I get after capturing another Uragaan? Another Ruby and five Marrows.

well, you don't need them for non-danger missions, but I'll often keep them anyways.

I got the dragon greatsword

Kelbi are stunned no matter what in MH3U. You can get pelts from them still.

I'll need to usie not a horn

I just dont want to use greatswords

The guide leads me to believe otherwise.

@Wipqozn That guide is true for Tri. I can speak from experience that you can get pelts from stunned Kelbis in MH3U.

I've slashed several Kelbi with Switch Axe (which has no exhaust moves) and they still get stunned instead of dying.

Two excellent charms!

I got a 2 slot charm, and a water atk +7 charm

The 2-slot charm does have pellet C -10, but it's not really a big deal. I rarely use pellets since they're terrible in groups.
