and is there any limit for displaying the output?
After removing TOP(##num?1000##), the maximum number of rows shown is 1450
I edited few posts from the list.. and the count still remains 1450 but the edited post is gone from the list.

The database is not live, it is updated once a week on Sunday.
the limit for a resultset on SEDE is 50,000 rows

@RandomPerson that is because it rules out any edited posts in the query. So if you edited a post before Sunday 03:00 UTC it will not be in the query result

No, you better export the CSV. The grid only loads in the DOM what is visible. There is an open FR to get that fixed: meta.stackexchange.com/questions/266093/…
