I'm not sure what they can say anyway
For Monica I hope she got a decent sum. A reinstatement probably wasn't an option for her anymore (I know I wouldn't want to work for an employer who treated me like that anymore) and a lawsuit wouldn't have helped anyone except for the lawyers

I'm pretty sure there's a lot they could do and say if they really wanted to.
Ok, not about the specific settlement with Monica, but on everything else.
They've made their attitude and position pretty clear though, whether they intended to or not.
That question will get to -1000 soon enough.
