So can this be framed in a question? something indicating about sandbox in a particular site's help center. Would this go on the main meta, since it would affect a lot of sites, OR site-by-site basis?

@ankiiiiiii the sandbox is a site-specific thing. You want to point to it as visibly as possible. In FAQ's for example. IIRC, PPCG also manually features their sandbox, so that it's visible in the top right corner

@AJ I know a lot of people who own old (and very old) car. In France, only few people change car regularly. The other tens to stick to the old one until the old one don't want anymore. In fact, one of my friend have a 25 years old (ugly) car. So the insurence is cheaper ^^

Most people still drive very old cars in Portugal, they're cheap and they are "good", my parents had a Ford Puma from 2001 which we sold 2 years ago for a new car

So the time gap to sell an old vehicle is pretty huge and there are still lots of people driving old cars

@CaldeiraG autism syndrome is diagnosed with many symptoms that neurotypical may have as well :) that what makes it difficult to diagnose: how many of those symptoms you have, and how strong it is

Which may be the main reason why NT say "you're not autistic! I have the same problems!" so often

@avazula Well, I thought your car was functioning well enough. My mom car won't work when it's too hot (meaning that, it could stop working at any time when you are using it during summer \o/). And the previous one of my dad (before he was forced to switch) would sometime go very slow for no reasons (very fun when you are one the highway). So your was definitely working fine to me :p

@Ælis The first situation is a bit concerning but better the engine shutting down than overheat and the speed situation is not a big issue, you just become slow :p

@CaldeiraG indeed ... and that's what makes it difficult to explain autism as well. If I told you I'm autistic because I'm sensitive to sounds, sights and smells, that I need to spend a lot of time alone, that I'm selective when it comes to food and that social interactions are hard, you could say you're the same and be right about it

Autism is a lot more than that but it's difficult to explain to people who don't know ASD :)

@CaldeiraG Yeah, but it only happens when you stop (the engine just won't restart again). So, when driving in the city, you hope you won't find a red light (because you might be unable to restart again).

@Ælis with regards to your latest question... a self-diagnosis often isn't an official one. Are you planning on telling your mom 'I have anorexia' (which makes it sound like it's already diagnosed) or 'I think it may be this, I'm going to talk with the doctor about it'?

to work with docker on windows, you have to run it in a VM

this vm image has to be stored somewhere

by default it's the C drive

with loads of images, my C drive is filled to the brim

so you try moving the vm to a different drive

docker has an option for that in the settings

so after setting that option to point to a different directory, docker wants to restart

restarting reset the option to the C drive

turn to google

google suggests manually moving the vm image

and then editing the settings.json file docker uses to point to the new directory

docker decides to ignore that setting

creates new vm on C drive

Well, my code is complaining about some kind of property not existing. But I didn't touch that part of the code, no one touched the config, and git also shows no changes that explain it :/

So I have .json files to test with that worked perfectly fine before I went on vacation, but that now all of a sudden refuse to do anything :/

I sent out an e-mail to my three fellow programmers and have gotten nothing in reply either :(

@Ælis No, not really... I know a bit about the anorexia nervosa (had a coworker with that), but not with general lack of appetite. My (unofficial) advise would be to be very clear that this is about the symptom anorexia (a lack of appetite caused by other issues)... but that's about all I have :P

@EmC yes and no. They all live outside the rooms, in gardens mostly. But a small group of people(as compared to total population of college) do go and meet them regularly, take care of injuries if any, vaccinations, sterilisation etc.
