Q: Had Lorgar already turned at Ullnor

Richard CI am trying to work out the timeline of the Horus Heresy. However if the Emperor returned to Earth after Ullanor and, as I be...

KjonTerrible, I know. I didn't get the title, or the author. I just heard about the magic system. The story contains at least two schools of magic. @TheLethalCarrot I feel like I've asked you before but isn't scifi.stackexchange.com/a/138301/98028 off-topic?
I think you read the books or stuff, hence my asking

Alex Rider? Yeah I don't think it's on topic
Just a teenage spy book series IIRC

so do we close-delete that one?

At least close aye

@Jenayah too old to migrate on literature
Not sure if it was good enough for Literature ID standard or not

@TheLethalCarrot I mean, he goes to a space hotel

9:47 AM
Ah this is the one you asked me about before... considering they haven't come back to say if it was SFF-nal or not should we close this too? scifi.stackexchange.com/q/194766/58193
@Mithrandir In that one? Been too long since I've read them to remember what happens in each

dunno, didn't look

SQB
@Jenayah close, delete not necessary.

I think it might be Ark Angel where he goes to space
Though I only looked at the titles to see if they rang any bells

SQB
@Mithrandir young James Bond. SF-nal aspects are on topic, but the not entire work nor franchise by default.

Yeah, Ark ANgel

9:52 AM
Yeah it really is basically teen James Bond.
Death traps, villains with bizarre plans and weird backgrounds and illnesses.
A trusty gadgeteer supplier.
I don't think he's quite as promiscuous as Bond, though. Idk, he had a steady girlfriend, right?
No good-looking, mysterious antagonists his age, right?

@AnkitSharma movie ID isn't much on-topic on Lit :P

I think he had a steady gf aye... or steady love interest anyway

Was Damian Cray evil Paul McCartney, evil Elton John, or evil Bono?

Though wasn't the second book about cloning so that one would at least be on topic?

@TheLethalCarrot We have some interesting rules for spy fi

SQB
10:09 AM
I think the rules for spy-fi and similar works are that works that are predominantly sf or fantasy are on topic, even for questions about small aspects that aren't sf-nal or fantastical themselves, while for works that are predominantly not sf or fantasy, but contain some sf-nal or fantastical elements, only questions about those aspects are on topic.
So Junior should be on topic, while Twins should not be.

Why did Twins even need the "DNA of six fathers" bit?

SQB
No clue.

It's extraneous, right?
It reminds me of the fanfiction where Lily takes a fertility potion.

Q: Why doesn’t the One Ring make Sauron invisible?
