i can play missions with controllers quite easily (especially since they put the thing that gave controller shortcuts if you are using a controller), but controllers in menus are difficult

and i have to switch to mouse for doing the corpus hacking minigame

I find some of the controls still tricky (I'm looking at you, CHains of Harrow and those stupid traps) :( But part of it is a lot of it needs somewhat twitchy reaction timing and a lot of buttons

i mean it's a bit easier since i realized you can rotate either direction with different keys but mouse is like 50%-75% faster for me

(of course if i'm gonna use the cipher tool, that's easy on controller)

Q: Rainbow Six Siege Insane Load times? Computer or Internet?

It claims you can load music onto it and then play it via bluetooth

However, as far as I can tell, to actually do this you need to:

- associate it with your phone

- use the fitbit app on your phone to tell it where to find your wifi

- disconnect it from the phone and associate it with your computer (because ofc you have a bluetooth-enabled computer)

- use the fitbit app on the computer to tell the versa to load the music which will then be transferred via the wifi

- disconnect the versa from the computer and connect it back to the phone

For comparison here's how it worked on the Samsung watch:

- open samsung gear app on phone

- tap "send music to watch"

- tap on every track you want to send to the watch

- tap "send"

As far as I can tell there is no technical reason why they did it this way, the watch has a way to transfer files between it and the phone in the published API

It's a nice piece of hardware but a lot of the software is really perplexingly dumb

Oh, goody.

My 3D printer screwed up yesterday, so I took it apart to figure out what's going on.

And it turns out a part that's supposed to be threaded looks like it was just glued instead.

So now I have no way of ensuring the hotend is secured to the extruder. :\

Unfortunately it turns out that what this actually means is that it stops working after five minutes immersed in half a meter of water and they will refuse to repair it under warranty because "it shows signs of water damage"

And one of the reasons I picked the fit2 specifically is that I wanted a watch I could take swimming!

In retrospect it would have been less aggravating to just buy another Pebble 2 and roll the dice on that one not having any manufacturing defects.

(I got the fit2 in the first place because my pebble 2 started shedding buttons and, later, the back of the case within a year of getting it, and since pebble no longer exists there is no warranty service)

Q: Announce person with highest score in 1.13

I'm thinking with the new 1.13 additions, would it be possible to announce the player with the highest score in an objective? I've surfed about and can't find an easy single-command block way to do it. If there isn't, is there a bit of a hacky way to do it?

Oh thank god, finally I can get my phone restored from backup (the issue was my 6P was running 8.1.0 and Pixel was not, but then there were INFINITY updates to do to get it on the same version so it would see there was a backup in my Google Drive.)
