On a tangential note, we do indeed lack a tag for legality, despite a number of questions that would be suitable for it. Bring this up at the tag work question perhaps? — Nij May 22 at 8:26

What do you think about giving Sport News chat room another try?
I think that with French Open, Tour de France, FIFA World Cup coming soon, there will be plenty to post.
One of the reasons I am asking about this is that recently there were a few messages in this room which are genuinely related to the site (editing, tags, etc.) They are probably less visible among posts about sport news.
@PhilipKendall Sorry for bothering you with this. I now that I could have asked a moderator from any site to unfreeze that room. But I thought that knowing opinion of a local users (including mods) could be useful.

1) I agree with having multiple chat rooms. At the very least we need a chat room dedicated to the site regarding questions, tags, edits, etc
2) I saw a question today that made me realize we don't have a tag for Sports Officiating technologies, so I created `video-review` and added it to some questions
3) I added an answer to [How should questions about technology used for refereeing purposes be tagged?][1]

@alamoot Thanks for posting an answer to the meta question. I think that is a reasonable place where somebody could comment on this if they have something to say.
BTW in posts you can use video-review [tag:video-review] syntax. (And for tags on meta there is [meta-tag:feature-request] feature-request.
I see you have also removed hawkeye - sports.stackexchange.com/posts/17662/revisions. That's probably reasonable, perhaps it might be added as a synonym of video-review. We will see whether there will be some additional feedback in the discussion on meta.

You mean that in chat you have to write [text](url) as in How should questions about technology used for refereeing purposes be tagged?, right?
This is the same as in comments - they also support only "mini markdown".

Based on the response from alamoot, I have asked elsewhere for unfreezing the Sports News cahtrrom.
Maybe in this way the flow of discussion in this room will be less interrupted.

When the three new tags - video-review, legal-issues and match-fixing - were created today and added to several new question, that moved the new questions away from the frontpage. I wonder whether we could (?should?) edit some of them so that they spend at least a bit of time on the frontpage, if we can find at least something minor that is worth editing there.
It seems that on some sites people do this after creating a new tag:
