Question: I have a directed graph & I need to do some search for a certain pattern (e.g. node X -> Y -> X). Can someone link me or direct me to an algorithm or some structure which I can generate to prevent me from needing to do a full-graph search everytime to find these?

@Downgoat I'm not sure that such a thing exists, unless you had additional data for the graph. Even then, I'm not sure what that additional data would be. At minimum, you'd have to do a full-graph search once, to generate data about the connections for a more optimal search.
