How can we practice and use constructive feedback with the recently suspended user aminliverpool? I think most of the feedback s/he has received from us at MSE is constructive, but how help another user (as named) to interact more constuctively?

@SimplyBeautifulArt Yeah... I'm sort of wondering if that's possible... But it sounded like a unique challenge: not focusing so much at how to constructively interact with said user, which, I believe, has been the case, but on how to help the highly non-constructive become more constructive. I'm a strong believer in positive reinforcement as a means towards positive changes in behavior. Thus far, with the said user, there's not been much of anything in the way of positive behavior to reinforce.

It will be interesting, @SimplyBeautifulArt, what to expect from "him" (it's gotta be a guy, since no woman would act the way "he" has!) when his suspension expires. I'd not be surprised if one week from now, we receive another meta rant about being silenced via suspension! I'm simply hoping "he" may come back a tad demurred. But, we shall see.

I'm just as exasperated as you, and probably moreso; I'd like that he never returns. But if he does, I think the best reaction to his problematic behavior is a widespread agreement to ignore him; not to respond to his rants.
