Hi! What is the intent of the room? I once tried to start a room to explain votes. It never took up speed though.

... (i.e. apart from the brutalizing tone on-site), be it positively or negatively, provided constructive suggestions are used.

... Also open to bouncing off ideas about how best to engage and challenge (as answering/commenting users) of asking-OP's in a manner that DOES NOT ridicule, demean, disrespect, etc., them when they post what appears to be a genuine questions. Change can be had via positive approaches.

Seek to communicate, engage, interact, explain, listen in turn, ....and only then "judge" the merits of an answer via an up or downvote, if you must. I'm tired of "drive-by-downvoting" and only afterwards, and only a few, then "explaining" or "justifying" a downvote.
