@cairdcoinheringaahing Done. Sorry for the delay.

@Dennis mind pulling Braingolf when you have a minute?

3 hours later…
11:56 AM
@Dennis Can you please pull Brachylog?

2 hours later…
1:41 PM
@Mayube Done.
@Fatalize Done.

Thanks!

2:12 PM
Could you add Piet to TIO? @Dennis
Rather than having a code input box, you take a URL to a pasteboard with the program on it, which can then be run.

4:56 PM
@cairdcoinheringaahing Programms run on TIO have no internet access
@cairdcoinheringaahing Probably only possible by putting a hexdump of the actual png into the code field.

5:31 PM
Or via textual representation. Golly's icon format might be good.

@Phoenix that could work

3 hours later…
9:02 PM
@Dennis Please give MATL a pull when you can

@Dennis Could you add memescript 1.0?

9:41 PM
@MDXF Dennis has previously stated his disapproval of meme-based encodings for languages, and considering Gaot++ was rejected, chances are low.

@Phoenix Oh I didn't know. Never mind then @Dennis
Also @Dennis some people in the polyglot chat are wondering if we can get short TIO links? Because the test driver has over 1000 characters in its TIO link and we're trying to add more
Correction: our new link is 32k characters

it probably makes more sense to just add more languages to TIO than to put the entire language interpreter in a a TIO link
given that we have an Incident interpreter that runs on TIO now, we should probably just install that on TIO, rather than putting it in as part of the permalink

@LuisMendo Done.
@cairdcoinheringaahing npiet shouldn't pose any problems. The input would have to be via a hexdump for now.
@MDXF I'm currently looking into a way to store permalinks on the server side, but it might still take a while (or get delayed indefinitely if the current idea doesn't work out).
Note that server-side permalinks will have size limits as well; the largest concern with server-side permalinks is precisely the amount of space they'll occupy.

Ah okay, makes sense @Dennis

@Phoenix The word Gaot in the language name bothers me a lot more than the "encoding".

What's wrong with gaots?

Huh, I always assumed gaot was a misspelling of goat, not llama..

@Dennis Thanks!
^ Looks more like a misspeling of gato to me :-)

11:38 PM
Close enough, right? :P
