Okay, I'll keep it in mind. I am her to listen to learn.

@vzn Hi vzn, I can definitely help organize by helping to get people to do AMA's. I asked a question of cs meta to see what people think about starting AMA's in their community. Take a look here and share your opinion: meta.cs.stackexchange.com/questions/1381/…

Q: Should Computer Science Meta start doing weekly AMA's?

Michael WeharRecently, a friend of mine expressed interest in co-organizing weekly AMA's for the Computer Science Meta community. For example, take a look at the monthly AMA's at Physics Meta. Primary Question: Do you think that Computer Science Meta should start doing weekly AMA's? Secondary...

@MichaelWehar the meta post is fine, appreciate it, it aids with publicity, but we dont need anyones permission to start, we both agree its a good idea, and its been done on another SE site with great success (Physics), so lets not overthink it & Just Do Itâ„¢ ok? :) would like you to be the 1st guest, no one else. am ok with someone else but doubt they would be as well-known as you already are! & its not totally trivial to get 20rep on SE for chat permissions for new users etc...

@vzn Hi vzn, thank you for the kind and thoughtful reply! I'm interested in seeing if we could establish AMA's as a thing. Although, I could do an AMA, I think users would get much greater value out of having a variety of AMA's with contributors of differing backgrounds. Let's see what the community says first before doing anything. :)
