Horror movie about bunch of people entering the haunted house, opening letters and solving riddles to escape from there. That's all I can remember... Anyone has a clue what's the title of this movie?
Queen songs played a big role in popularity of the Highlander movie.
Did Freddie Mercury or anyone else from Queen ever comment on the finished film and what they thought of it?

I'm going to go see it tomorrow.
They're also having a Friday the 13th fest at the theater by my work on Friday! Since I will be sleeping at work for the next few days, I am totally going!
@Passerby You didn't find it a little redundant? I mean, we already knew everything that happened, they just reiterated it. I would have preferred more of a back story on Viktor or William or Marcus
@NapoleonWilson It's all good. They just get silly after #3, but it's still traditional to watch on the 13th. Then, you have the ever awesome Saturday the 14th after that...
Saturday the 14th is a 1981 American horror comedy film starring real-life husband and wife Paula Prentiss and Richard Benjamin, co-written and directed by Howard R. Cohen and produced by Julie Corman.
A spoof of classic horror movies, it was followed by Saturday the 14th Strikes Back in 1988.
== Plot ==
An all-American family inherits a deceased uncle's house. John (Richard Benjamin) and Mary (Paula Prentiss), together with daughter Debbie (Kari Michaelsen) and son Billy (Kevin Brando), move in, but Waldemar (Jeffrey Tambor), a vampire, and Yolanda (Nancy Lee Andrews), his wife, want desperately...
@Passerby Don't get me wrong... I still liked it, I just wanted them to go back more than they did.
Also...why did Viktor wait so long to kill Selene's family in #2? Selene was just a child when Williams cage was being built, but they killed her family when she was the age she is now. The cage was already built. What was Viktor waiting for?
If that's the case, then Selene would have already been turned by the beginning of #2...because Viktor already would have had the cage ready for William right after his capture...
Wait. No. Selene wasn't born yet. Well...where in the heck was William for like 200 years?
Start of movie has small town veterinarian investigating sick animals (horses?). Then humans are sick. Turns out water supply is toxic. Vet survives because she is a bottled water fanatic and doesn't drink tap water.

@Randal'Thor I have read that word and you too. I trust null but I don't know how you perform those deletions but now there is no profit in dragging it anymore
@Catija is it me O.o
@Passerby not really. I mean my issue with rise of the loyal and is we already know what will happen, how it will happen etc. And that film gave us nothing which matters for the franchise
@steelersquirrel I doubt a castle or secret prison like that was built in a year. But the thing that really convinced Viktor to kill her family was her adult resemblance to his daughter I guess. Also, once again. The sequel decay
I recently watched Dangal (Indian Movie about Wrestling) and in that movie, coach Pramod Kadam(Character name : coach from NSA/NIS) was characterised as a negative role. Later I heard that PR Sondhi(Assumed real name of Character Pramod Kadam) was upset

I remember watching an English movie almost 7-8 years ago where the school gets taken hostage by a bunch of terrorists/mafia/just bad guys. The hero is a teen student.

Amarnath cave (Hindi: अमरनाथ गुफा) is a Hindu shrine located in Jammu and Kashmir, India. The cave is situated at an altitude of 3,888 m (12,756 ft), about 141 km (88 mi) from Srinagar, the capital of Jammu and Kashmir and reached through Pahalgam town. The shrine forms an important part of Hinduism, and is considered to be one of the holiest shrines in Hinduism. The cave is surrounded by snowy mountains. The cave itself is covered with snow most of the year except for a short period of time in summer when it is open for pilgrims. Thousands of Hindu devotees make an annual pilgrimage to the Amarnath...
@AJ I probably couldn't do an edit like that, anyways since I have never seen the movie. Sorry. I really wouldn't worry about spoilers on a movie that is over 20 years old :)
I thought that the Underworld tag was for all of the films...that's what it says.
A film series where vampires and werewolves called Lycans wage war against each other. The first film was released in 2003.
That's what the tag says ^^
That's why I have been tagging all of my questions with that one.
Even if the question doesn't pertain to the first film...
So...someone can get a badge for "Marvel cinematic universe"?
Okay. Let me see if I understand this...if someone asks a question about Guardians of the Galaxy, they need to tag it with Guardians of the galaxy and MCU?
@steelersquirrel I just meant it's one of those things that can't really be answered... The people involved never really bothered to explain what happened, so it'll all be conjecture.
@AnkitSharma Hmmmm...I don't know. It's probably a good idea. I just wouldn't want people to get confused. It makes sense, though since there's a tag for the other films...

In the early 2000's when I was still a pretty young kid, I remember watching a movie with my parents one afternoon on TV. From what I remember, the quality of the actual film itself was pretty bad. I'm guessing the movie can't be more current than the late 70's maybe early 80's.
I don't remember...

Why the movie title 'Inglourious Basterds' is misspelled?
Is it because Lt. Aldo Raine (Brad Pitt) can’t spell?
There's a scene in the movie when Aldo comes out of the underpass and props his rifle up against a wall before attempting to interview captured German soldiers. The words “Inglourious...
I'm trying to find a film. It had British cast members, I think it was made for TV. A dark comedy film about a group of people that survived a plane crash on a desert island. I originally asked this question on English Language & Usage but it was closed for being off-topic as it is asking for a possible (besides the obvious) interpretation of a TV show quote, not English language usage, so I'm trying my luck here:

Looking for a 90s live action adventure TV series or mini series. I watched it on TV in the 90s (but the series may be from the 80s). It was shown during the day.

In an answer over on SciFi.StackExchange, I've included a quote from a script on the Internet Movie Script Database, the IMSDb.
I've since used its script for Inglorious Basterds as a source here, too. Twice now.

At the beginning of the movie Revolver (2005) we see the main character Jake Gree (Jason Statham) gambling with Dorothy Macha (Ray Liotta) and other people: it seems that they simply trow a fiches and for some reason there is a winner and a loser.
Wich game is it?
A screenplay or script is a written work by screenwriters for a film, video game, or television program. These screenplays can be original works or adaptations from existing pieces of writing. In them, the movement, actions, expression, and dialogues of the characters are also narrated. A screenplay written for television is also known as a teleplay.
== Format and style ==
The format is structured in a way that one page usually equates to one minute of screen time. In a "shooting script", each scene is numbered, and technical direction may be given. In a "spec" or a "draft" in various stages of...

Okay. I just notice that when Ankit or Napoleon edit ID questions, they usually just leave them on if OP adds it if it pertains to the genre, but other times, people edit them out.
Genre tags are tags describing the genre of a movie, like horror, comedy or thriller.
Currently there is no consistent usage of these genre tags on the site. While they are mainly being used for identify-this questions, they are also used here and there for "normal" questions, but not consistentl...
general concensus from meta seems to be, most poeopole don't care, but those that do only want it on questions ABOUT those genres, id questions be damned
or rather, id questions shouldn't be tagged with genre questions
I know that I removed some genre tags yesterday, just because OP stated in the question that they weren't sure of the genre, but still stuck 2 genre tags on it, so, that's the reason that I removed them.
I have been watching Designated Survivor since it premiered. I have watched every episode since up until December 14 however this was the last episode uploaded to Netflix.

@AnkitSharma I was just wondering if I should roll back an edit on an ID question that removed a genre tag.
The information provided in the question certainly fits into science fiction, so shouldn't the science fiction tag be used and should have stayed on the question?
Many years ago as a child I saw a movie aired on a local channel that appeared to be Indian in nature. I've have been trying to identify this film as it stood out in my mind. This is what I remember.

So.. I feel a little compelled to interject here, being that I am "implicated" by being in the wet-behind-the-ears-just-over-3k category. So what is someone like me to do? Wait? The architects saw fit to allow me to become active at 500 rep and more so at 3k. Isn't that how one learns? Am I in a vacuum, or can more experienced rep guys "intervene" and vote the other way to keep it right?
@John No, no, no. You're not being implicated at all. I have been complaining for a few months now that certain users have itchy trigger fingers on voting to close questions. Practically all ID even if there is sufficient information, calling questions recommendations or calling a question opinion based when it's really not. Just like the one that @DForck42 and I were talking about earlier. What's worse is that one close vote goes on it and then others seem to just follow suit.
And...I am still wet behind the ears. I skip most of the close votes unless it's in black and white on why it needs to be closed. If you are ever unsure, just come in to chat and ask or just skip it in the review que. You are an extremely valued member of the community @John and you have shown to be fair minded and you are willing to ask questions and learn...which is awesome :)
@John Hey...I am still learning ;) Everyone around here is extremely helpful. If you ever are second guessing something, please don't hesitate to ask :)
@DForck42 Do you think that a meta post reminding the community of the guidelines for voting to close would maybe get these few users back on track with their itchy trigger fingers on voting to close and bandwaggoning?

@AnkitSharma Are you going to apologise for calling me a liar to my face when my claim has now been independently verified and you accept it was true? I don't appreciate you making it sound as though I'm involved in some kind of cover-up, when all I'm trying to do is find out exactly what your issue is so that we can resolve it.
I spent some time hunting through old Mos transcripts for the word "troll". Could it be that this was the message which offended you so much?
@DForck42 Review audits are strange. They're not 'triggered' by a site being of a certain size; they have to be manually added, presumably after a request from mods/community to SE. Currently the sites with audits are 6-7 of the biggest SE sites ... and Puzzling. Although they should soon be gone on Puzzling, thanks to me.
