here is a brief rundown of the IT failings: - No UPS - Mac Mini running as a Windows domain controller - no back up for aforementioned mac mini - No AV - No firewall - Second internet line does not failover - No asset list to track kit (some has gone walkies) - No guest wifi network - Open network shares - No local backup - Offsite backup is done via dropbox

For Servers I'd build off a Poweredge T330 to replace your mac mini (and in theory, possibly the mac pro). For storage - a synology DS1815+ with seagate 8tb drives, or whatever you have on the mac pro right now.
