By the way, @KeshavSrinivasan how did you come to Hinduism.SE? (more precisely the SE network). And are there other similar websites, you know and contribute/participate in?

@KeshavSrinivasan I want to know the definition and explanation of Moksha according to Vishishtadvaita, I've visited hinduism.stackexchange.com/q/2015/277 but are the answer provides sufficient information. In other words, needs better answer...

As we know that according to Advaita,Moksha is complete removal of Ignorance,desire... and realization of non-duality of Jiva/Atman & Brahman, What about according to Vishishtadvaita? because I think Vishishtadvaita doesn't accept that Atman & Brahman is identical at all and can not be (never)...

@Pandya there are various kind of moksha... Sayujya, Sarupya, Salokya, Sarsti, etc... in Vishistadvaita...

@Pandya personally I feel the moksha types described in Vishistadvaita is like showing lolly pop to children and making them happy... just like saying... you will get same form like God.. same Aishwarya like God... Same place like God... etc.. etc...

@Tezz I don't estimate about Ramanuja's theory if he born at present but Adi Shankara surly gives Advaita all the times (also if born in present) in my opinion...

By the way I think If Adi Shankara born at this time, he will be Jivanmukta with born!! And can easily explain and demonstrate Advaita as a result of realizing the ABSOLUTE TRUTH!

@Pandya at present he would present these type of examples:
i) Just as cinema screen doesn't gets burn by the fire seen in the movie in the same way self remains unaffected by anything..

ii) Just as everything is composed of same electron neutron and proton and only their packaging is different but we perceive different material with different property...

@Pandya packaging is standard example in Advaita... so modern physics helps in it...

@Pandya colour is just illusion produced by wavelength in mind... so there is no point in saying Saguna form of God is eternal and he has specific colour like blue/white etc...
