@Randal'Thor I usually browse my comment history (since there's a big chance I left one over the last days) and manually add/remove whatever I need, depending if the title is god or not, or what meta details are present, or if I close it right away.
Sure, but for users like me who aren't highly active here but would like to help out, a base to start from would be nice.
On SFF I normally link to our meta thread about how to write a good story-ID question (whose URL I've even memorised), but if you have one like that here I don't know where to find it.
@Randal'Thor No, we only have the help center and the tag wiki. Which might not be as exhaustive as your meta post, but should be a good start already. (The close-reason actually links to that.)
The comment template might even be better placed on meta than chat, seeing how volatile chat is (even with pins, I guess). Not to speak of the low visitor count in the first place.
@Randal'Thor Only after Rand flagged it for closing! (@steelerfan)
I think it would be awesome to see a list of the top 100 frequently mentioned movies on movies.stackexchange.com
Does it exist somewhere?
Can we make it?
Yesterday I shocked when I saw synopsis of New Recent Block Buster Movie: Finding Dory (2016), it was co clear & you don't need to go to movie for visuals, you will experience images move infront of you if you read synopsis of any movie in IMDB.
then Why MPAA allows IMDB to reveal whole synopsis...
Actresses not being comfortable with nude scenes is one way to see it.
But, in the scene, one has to notice that Colossus shies away when Angel's breast was exposed.
Colossus has a dad-like mentality of viewing things, and is more towards the conservative side of things.
Colossus covers his fa...

Stay Tuned is about A husband and wife are sucked into a hellish TV and have to survive a gauntlet of twisted versions of TV shows they find themselves in.
I know of just two
Family Guy - Road to the Multiverse
Supernatural - Changing Channels
Are there any more?
I saw this movie within the last 12 months, and I'm willing to bet it was released in 2012-2016 (U.S./English).
It starts off with a bearded homeless man living out of a car who upon hearing the news from a local police officer (I remember she was black) (she apparently checks up on him) that so...
why do Hollywood movies add small scene of India or Bollywood actors or china or Chinese actors or Chinese products?
i guess they want to increase sell of their movies in India and china. because both have huge population.
So, this was on TV some time ago (and by some time, I mean a few years) and basically, there was this boy who was sitting in like one of those indoor PE bleachers (stands?) or something like that.
In the middle.of the room, there are all these pigs and then someone releases dogs from somewhere ...
@AnkitSharma Well, it seems that everyone was encouraging her to. Just be surenot to upvote anything that she posts so that she can't come into chat ;)
Vishal Bhardwaj made three films based on Shakespeare, Maqbool (2003) based on Macbeth, Omkara (2006) based on Othello and Haider (2014) based on Hamlet; collectively know as Bhardwaj's Shakespearean trilogy.
But did Bhardwaj had that idea to make it like a trilogy from start or it got conside...
I believe the movie may have come out in the late 1986 to 1999.
An elevator in a building starts a few passengers.
And the elevator stopped working.
Old man (elevator operator) started telling scary stories.
He is telling three different stories. (In this stories we are watching the film)

Disclaimer I do not know whether to put spoilers or not, because it would really ruin the readability (I put some up for the biggest events of the last season)... However this question concerns seasons 3 and 4 (which aired last week so be careful !!) of Orange is the New Black.
Somewhere durin...
@AnkitSharma Is it even on-topic? I mean, it's a question quite obviously inspired by Orange is the New Black, but the question is still basically "Do prisons really work like this?".
In season Six Jon Snow brought back to life by Milisandre using her magic, with this being said can by any chance this action make him immune to White Walkers, because she used the power that was given to her by her Lord of light, and as we know White Walkers are afraid of the fire
I'm pretty sure it's a nice and fun distracting fantasy piece, but it's one of those films the world doesn't need and I somehow don't have much motivation to go to the cinema for it. I also have zero connection to WoW, though Warcraft itself was a nice game (yet none that requires a movie).
In Game of Thrones season Six Jon Snow was brought back to life by Milisandre using her magic. With this being said, can by any chance this action make him immune to White Walkers? She used the power that was given to her by her Lord of light, and as we know White Walkers are afraid of the fire.
I primarily tried to avoid mentioning his death and rebirth, since people can react quite heavily to GoT spoilers. Mondays are always dangerous in that case.
@AnkitSharma It's a nice film. Though, be prepared that original Shakespeare is not the easiest for non-natives, especially when spoken with Northern English/Scottish accent and occasionally mumbled and yelled.
@Dawny33 Well spoilers in questions are absolutely no problem and in answer neither. Afterall, every question about a movie's content is a spoiler. Disallowing them would be very weird.
When the answer can only be found in the book, then so be it. It might still be advisable to hide the book spoilers behind spoiler blocks, but not answering from the books just because it's a spoiler is not very constructive.
Of course there should also be made some connection to the movie, be that only by saying that the movie doesn't answer it. Only giving a book answer that doesn't relate to the film (or even contradicts it) is not good either.
But the story isn't too complicated either, so you could follow it even without getting every word. I don't know how much you know of it already. I can also recommend the 70s movie from Roman Polanski.
@NapoleonWilson No point in watching dubbed version. 2 of them which i have seen have too much localize dialogue/slang which will lost meaning in translation and tehy have local political theme too.
@AnkitSharma Well, I said it before and I'll say it again, the dubbing industry of my country does an excellent and outstanding job. I'm sure they'll get it handled. Watching an original version with a language I have absolutely no understanding of and some word-accurate subtitles isn't much better than that either.
(And not watching it at all of course isn't an option.)
@Dawny33 Considering it's only been out a weekend it's hard to say, but BoxOfficeMojo is reporting it's made about $200 million worldwide so far, which is pretty good.
In fact, a quick look at Pixar's other big hitters indicates that it may be one of the best opening weekends they've ever had.
@NapoleonWilson In haider (hemlet) they play with word "chutzpah" which sound similar to Indian abuse word which might lose meaning in translation Anyway i think they might have English version because this kind of film always go to cannes festival
@NapoleonWilson All three film attended and got appreciation from international film festivals ( including cannes), so there should be translated version,
Deja Vu (2003): Claire is living 4 days back, but Doug living in present & pointed laser beam on screen so claire got sense.

How can Claire sense laser beam produced by ATF Agent Doug?
Cannot find a movie, that I've watched on VHS in my childhood.
It's a horror movie from the 90s.
Action took place in a little town on the seaside. One day terrible creatures that lived in the sea (and in the town sewers) started to kill and abduct people. And they abducted mostly women, as I r...
I was watching TV series the other day and one scene struck me as something familiar.
In this scene one guy tried to extract some information from elderly woman. She was resisting, but behind her interrogator was a photo of her deceased husband. The woman said she is not intimitated by the guy, ...
It used to be a Halloween special movie on Cartoon Network India before a few years before 2000. A wizard brings a present day boy to the dark ages he came from. I remember a dramatic scene where he announces "...the dark ages" as he swings his cloak and the scenery around them changes to an omin...
I watched this on Cartoon Network India a few years before 2000. A girl of less than 10 is not in good health. Her life changes when an adult in a suit is pursuing her naughty friends outside school, and just when he grabs the boy, she pitches a baseball at his hand causing him to release the kid...
Man (Caucasian) wakes up in a darkened room after a night out. Has no idea how he got there. No doors or windows and the walls appear to be seamless.

In the movie The Mummy Returns (2001), sequel to the highly famous The Mummy (1999), soon after the protagonists capture the bracelet of Anubis from a place near the banks of the river Nile, we are shown with the scene showing a group of cults lead by Dr. Hafez searching for the remains of Imhot...
Who held the girl in the secret room?
If Howard was too fat to go to there would not like it take the body beneath, and above could not open, there was only lock from the inside, then who was trapped in that room and who was he held?
Help i'm looking for a strange movie from around 2000 to 2008. I don't rememeber it very clearly, so sorry if it's kinda vague.

@Dawny33 Hey, I am glad for you on that Deadpool question that I encouraged you to ask! It looks like it's pretty popular :)
@MattD I watched the last half. Great game. I was so stressed when it was tied and they only had like 40 seconds left and Cleveland made that 3point shot. Classic! They are already saying that that series and the game lastnight was the greatest in NBA history. I completely agree! I was screaming and yelling for Cleveland to win and I hate basketball.
@steelerfan Sure. You get a feelin' for it after some time, though. If something gets so many votes in such a short time it's definitely on the HNQ, a look on the view count usualyl helps to confirm that.
@NapoleonWilson It also caused somewhat of an awkward debate in the other room the other night. I guess that means it's a good question when it can spark a debate.
@steelerfan Given the Cavs broke a 50 year championship drought, and became the first team in NBA history to come back from a 3-1 deficit and win, I'd have to agree.
My brother-in-law out in China says his family will make a Cavs fan of me yet.
@MattD I know! I'm happy for Cleveland. They deserve this. I loved the emotions afterwards. You could tell that this was a long time coming. LeBron James lying on the floor bawling, the head coach sobbing uncontrollably. It was so awesome!
@steelerfan Hmm, I don't think that had much to do with the question or its quality. If anything is less of a good sign to spark debates of that kind. ;-)
I'm looking for a movie the trailer of which I've watched in 2014-2015 on YouTube.
The bad guys have kidnapped little girl. They tied her to a chair.
In a place like the warehouse.
The bad guys have talked on the phone with the girl's father.
After his father came to the warehouse and fought the...
@steelerfan It was all pretty, "Eh, go Ohio," to me in the end. Our soccer team didn't bring home the bacon, nor did Ohio State or the Bengals, so it's nice that at least one Ohio team brought in a championship.
In the end I was happy I watched Game of Thrones instead. Easily the best episode of the season, containing one of the all time best battles to ever be filmed.
Quantico is an American television thriller series created by Joshua Safran which premiered on ABC on September 27, 2015. The protagonist of the series is Alex Parrish (Priyanka Chopra), who is suspected of committing a terrorist attack. Flashbacks tell her story and the stories of her fellow recruits at the FBI Academy in Quantico. ABC picked up the show for a full season with subsequent orders in October and November to a total of 22 episodes. On March 3, 2016, ABC renewed Quantico for a second season.
== Synopsis ==
The series follows a group of young FBI recruits, or New Agent Trainees ("NATs...
