@slhck When I've done the game, I could start a stream where people get to decide what I do...
Perhaps download some SC2 replays of pros and cast them, show my own 1v1 games when I'm a bit better, play some team games for fun with (european) viewers.
A lot of possibilities, depends on the moment and what the viewers want. As long as it's fun to do or makes people better at Gaming! :)
If yes, how do you install an application from the store? O.o I would like to install/buy this one: http://www.amazon.com/Notepad/dp/B004LSLN0I/ref=cm_lmf_tit_7 But I just can't figure out the how...
@RandolfRichardson Does everyone's review statistics (shown on the bottom-right of my screen shot) look like this, mostly with zeros? I've been reviewing many questions, but just not seeing the statistics getting updated.
@slhck Yeah, perhaps I'll just post something in meta then. Thanks for sharing yours though, at least I can see that those statistics are supposed to work.
It probably has something to do with the recent account merger screw-up.
@RandolfRichardson Well, I can imagine that somewhere in your user account there's still some problems with the previous merge – but it's a pity you don't get the stats
@slhck Although I'm pretty sure I've reviewed hundreds of posts, I would like to know what I've done. If it's a matter of a very slow database update process in the back-end, then your statistics could be lagging behind too. (I'll post a link to my meta question as soon as it's finished.)
@RandolfRichardson Uh oh, the messed up merge account named of "Complicated see bio" is showing up when I browse to that web site. I'm going to stay away from there because I don't want my account to get re-merged incorrectly and be all screwed up again. =(
@RandolfRichardson I just added a comment with a warning not to move my question over to meta.stackoverflow.com, just in case this causes another merge operation that might screw things up for me again: meta.superuser.com/questions/3692/…
Thanks for your help, @slhck -- especially for helping me to see that statistics do normally work.
@slhck It seems so from the 53 second web video I watched. It's not high on my agenda though as all real data on my Windows machines is in revision control anyway.
I think every week or so, we get the occasional "How do I copy my entire hard drive?" question. The answers are always the same, in the sense of suggesting software like Acronis TrueImage or Clonezilla.
Recent example: Image an entire computer
Possible duplicates – yes, I'm guilty myself, I ans...
@slhck I don't think it is the worst question - obviously looking for a USB Nas Adapter, but, yeah - agree with close... he could of phrased as "what do I need/what would you call a device that does xxx" rather than that...
turns out, I edited the answer he was referring to
@WilliamHilsum Well, we can reopen it, if you guys agree. It didn't really make sense upon reading it first, that's all. And it's a sort of shopping rec.
@slhck Nah, I agree with you - he phrased it completely like "What can I buy to do xxxx", not "what do I need that does xxx/what do you call a xxx"... I'm fine with it being closed!
I feel really left out :/ Since I started, I have probably only got 1 email (from users that I can find) :( ... (excluding the rude ones... but that's another story!)
... and I have got more spam than genuine messages!
If there are any Javascript/Jquery people here, I am a bit confused... Why does the following launch a textbox on the page being loaded, and nothing when a checkbox is being clicked?
