@durron597 Thanks durron. As mentioned in my comment, I think the less specific the question is, the less likely it's going to be considered something requiring legal assistance. At the moment I think Law.SE is leaning more towards general principles and interpretations of law than legal advice, which I believe we're avoiding.

The tour page encourages practical questions users have actually faced. I suppose we will have to change this to ... conform to our preference for questions that do not seek legal advice?
