Q: Could/Should this be combined with 3D printing?

There's some questions as to whether or not this overlaps with Graphic Design. I think the answer is, yes--just as a lot of SE sites overlap with each other. With the goal of reducing overlap and perhaps boosting the chances of overly-fragmented SE sites, would it instead make sense to propose...

I think it would be feasible to have printing content in the site. I have been doing a lot of work with curves recently (mostly Bezier because of the greater control) and I have stumbled across an issue, I can't seem to find an equivalent option to Remove Doubles used for meshes. Is there a way to merge all vertices along a curve within a given distance?

I think too few people have had that problem for it to bubble up as a needed function of the Curve editor routines. Detecting multiple identical knot+handle in sequence is quite trivial in python. I'm not aware of any inbuilt methods to remove doubles.

this could will go along and record for every point the positions of the set of knot + handles, and check against the previous set. If all match the previous set, the index is recorded and the loop is broken, then in the segment us selected solo and segment removed. I always can make progress deleting old useless files. Every time I enter a directory there is a sub directory "New Folder" I can delete, and therefore make (the illusion of) progress. Sometimes there is even a "New Folder (2)" in addition, which allows me to be twice as productive.

@David Pro-Tip: Putting "Stuff","Random Stuff", "Test" or "Random Test" in a file name is more effective for killing you the smoking cigarettes.

@RadishoftheOpera I'm saying that it should be unwelcome, in order to make this a nice place for everyone (in fact, having been here longer then you I can say that chat conversation is at an all time quality low), I just have tendency to pickup on others bad habbits, and occasionally as a result become a hypocrite. As it happens, now, whenever I see you I think creepy, and then creepiness comes to topic :/ bad associations :/
