I know Jack Russel Terrier is hypoallergenic, because my mom's allergic to cats and dogs as well and she's great with that one

and I was fine with it too

so keeping your place tidy makes the allergies easier

Yeah, anyone with cat allergies would be doomed in my house, because since it doesn't bug me, I don't keep it as pristinely clean as some (my mother, who is a cleaning lady, for example) would.

when I pet/scratch the cat at friend's house, or their greyhound, it makes the part where my nails grow out of fingers all red and sore

and when we stayed the night in their apartment, my eyes were itchy and sore too

regular brushing should remove a lot of the dead skin and fur that could cause the irritation

and to be a little elitist, taking good care of the pet (proper diet, appropriate level of brushing/bathing) will keep the skin in good condition so it doesn't slough off so much
