Are all ArrayLists inherently anything goes? Is there no way to set up an arraylist of a specific object so you don't have to cast the output?

Yes, because the Generic version is List... so List<string> listData = new List<string>();

Q: What determines if an enemy Is killed or downed in gears of war 3?

I've noticed sometimes when I purposely shoot an enemy in the leg in bursts I kill them other times I down them. I though the main reason to shoot an enemy in the leg is to slow them down and to down them so an execution can be performed. I've noticed this is not the case and appears to be random...

@John I was populating a DataGridView, and the RowCount has a minimum of 1 (this is the empty row at the end of it that you can usually add data too). I have an array of objects, and I wanted to make one row for each object.

So I set the RowCount property = List.Count()

the latest beta changelog confuses me

Flamethrower:
  Damage increased 10%
Backburner:
  Removed +10% damage bonus over beta flamethrower (= same damage as before)
Degreaser:
  Added -10% damage over beta flamethrower[1] (= current flamethrower damage)
  Removed -25% burn damage

Add the reserve shooter to the Pyro and there's no more reason on Earth to ever use something that isn't the Degreaser

the damage penalty kinda put me off so far, but now...

Stack Overflow Blog: Stack Exchange API Usage Stats and API 2.0 Plans

Stack Exchange has a very full featured, albeit currently read-only, API. You can view some of the nifty applications people have created with the Stack Exchange API in the app gallery on Stack Apps, or check out the winners of the Stack Exchange API contest we held last year.

We’re currently in the planning stages for Stack Exchange API 2.0. There’s a draft API 2.0 specification on Stack Apps, so head on over there and take a look if you want a voice in that process.
