I've been going in the ocean for a while, but now I've gotten to these seahorses. They shoot the magic, and I can dodge those, but I can never actually reach the seahorses themselves to kill them. How do I pass these creatures?

So with the EV30 Tumbler you can obviously do tricks by holding R2 and using the left stick, but in the promotional movie you can see Guardians doing other tricks such as switch, superman and no-hands.
How are these performed?

I came across a map and when I was playing I found some coloured and bolded item names. I thought it isn't possible as at most you can only use the custom name tag to rename things! Is there a way to colour and bold item names in vanilla Minecraft? External programs are OK.
