@Jez, "queue" has many different meanings from the vulgar to the technical.
Depending on the context.
I'm actually trying to determine in what context we are.

Q: What emulators are the most mature and feature-complete?

Many do look at the revisions, and, unfortunately (perhaps), first impressions tend to stick.

It can be hard to swing the votes with persuasion of validity once judgement has been made.

But, there is always the possibility for reopen votes to be cast.
