This is a small part and of course I should have given more context. Just a minute.
For the West, AQAP presents three dangers:
locally, to western embassies and citizens in Yemen inspirationally, to potential jihadists around the world through its online magazine Inspire globally, by putting bombs on planes
I don't know much about AQAP. Are their activities limited to Saudi Arabia and Yemen? Or are they likely to do something like blow up a shopping mall in New York?
So this AQAP group, are they actually violent, or just cast that way? I haven't heard of them, but I don't pay much attention to happenings outside my realm.

Proposing is not something that should happen out of the blue, particularly if you have been saying that you never want to get married/don't plan on making "that mistake" again.

I feel compelled at this point to mention that a person can love someone very, very deeply and still not want to marry them, and if that person wants to be married then that person can find someone else.
