Q: Choosing correct response to 何か質問がありませんか？ (Nanika shitsumon ga arimasenka?)

'Cause replying with はいそうです or いいえあります to that question would sound weird

Probably because ① it's wrong and ② doesn't explain why one choice would be better than the others.
