The bad experiences from other sites might poison things also here.

@geoffc :-) If I would be some religous-like ufo believer, I still could ask what I want. Of course it should be well-packed, but I could ask. For example, Skeptics SE does not work on this way: they detect a true reason (or a reason what they think as true reason), and if they dislike it, then they close-down-del the question with a fake close reason.

For example, a question like "Are the extraterrestrials among us?" would be closed, but a question targeting the paradox of that on our estimated technological development predicition, they should have long (possibly billion years ago) reach us, that could have a good chance

@geoffc Now I want to ask in SF SE "What fraction of all Science Fiction literature involves 'overlords'". I think the word 'overlords' is a dog whistle for sarcasm/humor so loud even I can't miss it :-)
